What goes into GROVE England's products?

We're passionate about nature and our goal is to create products that are as natural and as high-performing as possible.

Our formulations are made using a blend of the finest natural and organic active ingredients, each chosen for their efficacy and proven ability to provide the very best results for your skin.

Do you use alcohol in your perfumes?

Yes, we use plant-derived alcohol obtained from wheat and sugar. Plant-based alcohols offer a more skin-friendly alternative to synthetic ethanol.
These natural alcohols can replicate the solvent properties of traditional alcohol, ensuring the fragrance oils are evenly distributed and stable while minimising the risk of irritation.

Are GROVE England's perfumes for men or women?

We understand that skin chemistry—unique to each individual—shapes how a fragrance unfolds.
A perfume may reveal different facets when worn by different people.
This natural versatility inspires us to create scents that can be appreciated and enjoyed by all.

Our fragrances are artfully composed to evoke emotions and memories that offer a deeply personal experience regardless of gender.

Are your ingredients ethically sourced?

Our manufacturer works with suppliers who are known and trusted in the industry, and who can qualify their ethical trading with fair trade standards where possible.
They have first-hand relationships with growers and producers, and choose ingredients cultivated & harvested using traditional, sustainable methods where possible.

Where are your collections made?

Our body & bath collections are made in the South West of England using 100% renewable energy.
Our candles are made in the South East of England.

Are your products tested on animals?

All our products are cruelty-free. We have never, nor shall we ever, test on animals.
We conform to all current EU regulations as set out in REGULATION (EC) No1223/2009 of the European Parliament.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Essential oils are used in all GROVE England products; however, they aren't deemed harmful during pregnancy unless used in high doses. All our fragrance concentrations are compliant with guidelines set by IFRA (International Fragrance Association). If you have any concerns, we recommend seeking medical advice before use.

Are your products vegan?

All of our products are vegan and do not contain animal products

Do your products contain nuts?

Our Anemone range is nut free, with the exception of our Anemone hand cream which contains sweet almond oil, and coconut.

Please note that the products that do not contain nuts are manufactured in a facility that handles nut ingredients, and while every effort is made to avoid cross contamination it cannot be guaranteed.

Can I recycle my packaging?

Our plastic bottles are made from sugar cane HDPE - a renewable source of bio-plastic which can be recycled with your mainstream plastics.
Our glass bottles can be recycled many times over.
Our boxes are made using recyclable FSC-certified paper.

Our plastic bottles are beautifully printed to avoid additional waste from labelling, and we encourage you to refill and reuse them.

Currently, our pumps, oil dropper cap and perfume caps are made from mixed materials so we advise that you separate these from their recyclable bottles and dispose of them responsibly.

Hand & Body Lotion - Unscrew the pump from the bottle and dispose of it responsibly. Recycle the bottle with your plastics.
Hand Wash - Unscrew the pump from the bottle and dispose of it responsibly. Recycle the bottle with your plastics.
Body Wash - Keep the cap attached to the bottle and recycle with your plastics.
Bath Oil - Unscrew the dropper from the bottle and dispose of it responsibly, Recycle the glass vessel.
Candle - Reuse or recycle the glass vessel.
EDP 50ml - Attach lid and place with glass recycling.
EDP 7.5ml - Unscrew the cap and nozzle and dispose of it responsibly, recycle the glass vessel.
Hand Cream - Unscrew the cap, dispose of it responsibly, and recycle the tube with your aluminium waste.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, amendments cannot be made. Cancellations can be made though your account unless that item has already shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the UK, Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man, US & Canada.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your order will be delivered in our recyclable packaging which we kindly ask that you reuse or recycle.

How much will delivery cost and how long will it take?

  • UK: Standard 2-4 business days - £5.99  |  Free for orders over £100
  • Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man: Royal Mail 48 - £7.12
  • US & Canada: Royal Mail 3-17 business days - £23

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include your order number and delivery method.

How do I return items to you?

We hope that you are delighted with your GROVE England products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return any item in its original packaging for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return with them directly.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed and to be notified regarding your exchange or refund.

What happens if there is a fault with my product?

We diligently check all our products and would never knowingly send you anything faulty. If, however, you do notice a fault with any of your products, please email customercare@grove-england.com immediately, with details of the issue along with images and we will get back to you as soon as we can to see what we can do to help.
