- UK Mainland: UK Express 48 - £4.95 | Next Day (Order by 1pm) - £6.95
- Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man: UK Express 48 - £6.95
- EU: Express 1-5 - Free
- USA: Express 1-5 - Free
- Rest of World: Express 1-5 - Free
Tax & duties
All overseas orders are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) All applicable tax & duties will be calculated and charged at the checkout.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include your order number and delivery method. Please make sure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. During very busy times orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. We do not accept PO Box addresses, as they are not a physical address and there is no one there to sign for the items.
Returns & Refund Policy
Please contact our customer care team here customercare@grove-england.com to notify us of your return. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds will only be issued to the card used for the original purchase. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to assessment. Products that have been used or have compromised packaging will not be accepted.
